Our membership is as follows:
Ordinary Membership: There shall be any reasonable Nigerians of like minds who are contribute to the progress of the foundation as well as live by the dictates of our constitution.
Life Members
: Life membership may be conferred by 2/3 of the general assembly through recommendation of the members of board of trustees on any member who render distinguished services to the Foundation for a period not less than 2 years.
Patron / Matron :
- Any Nigeria who is a person of integrity and has contributed positively to the society to the society and whose contribution is in line with our aims and objectives shall be appointed by 2/3 of the general assembly.
- In pursuance of (i) above, the house shall appoint any 4 person of proven integrity and total identification with aims and objectives of the Foundation.
- Shall serve for a maximum of three (3) years may be re-appointed.
The appointment of a patron/matron shall stand terminated:-
- If he/she dies while holding office
- When this resignation as a patron/matron takes effect
- When his tenure lapses
- If he/she is removed by resolution supported by 2/3 of members in case of conflict of interest.
