1. Mr. Peter Lamuren (Chairman): (B.ScHons, Elect. M IEEE) – A talented Telecoms Engineer/Consultant. Mr Lamuren has been in telecommunication industry for over twenty five (25) years.  He is experience in a wide range of telecommunication management and business consultancy in Information Technology (IT).
2. Mr. Equi Nwulu: A highly respected Educator: (B.A. Business Economics, MSC, Media Technology, PHD Educational Technology )
3. Mrs. Tijesunimi Iyabode Familusi: Seasoned Administrator. Operator of Travels & Tours. Proprietor of schools.
4. Mrs. Osanemo Fayemiwo (Bsc. Accounting, MBA). A successful business entrepreneur.

The day-to-day running of the Foundation is vested in the Executive Secretary/ Programme Officer who reports to the Board of trustees through the Chairman.
